We stayed here for one night. It was an excellent stay. very modern rooms compared to the average hotel room. The location/area is very safe with all necessities at a walking distance. The workers at the front desk were very friendly and straight forward. No hassle or anything. Checking in took like 2 minutes and checking out took no time at all. Very quick service which is the best. The room had everything we needed, minus a garbage can. The design of the floor we stayed on felt like a maze getting to our room, just a bunch of turns in the hallway. The room had hardwood floors which made the stay even better. No stains or anything and very clean room. I thought it was slightly overpriced. Definitely shouldn’t have paid $220 for one night

Proximity to theaters and neighborhood restaurants. Chicago Art Institute 4 blocks maybe a little less. Easy walk to the river (3 blocks maybe a little less). I Didn’t have a car. Easy catching Uber with the Doorman to help if you have lots of luggage. Blick Art store next store. Upscale Mall directly across street from front door with a virtual golf facility upstairs and a Magnolia Bakery with entrance just inside on left from the street or an entrance to bakery from the street. Great staff; very accommodating during my stay especially Kaitlyn-front desk and James-Doorman. Kriskindl market 1 block away. Great restaurant across street at corner with good food and drinks.

The hotel was perfectly located to the German market. Room was adequate with comfortable king bed, K-cup coffee maker, fridge and huge bathroom and shower. Toiletries smelled nice and were handy in the shower. It was nice to see or to have security at entrance.

Love love love the location. For us, this is perfectly situated in the theatre district. It's close to multiple forms of public transport and many options for food and shopping. Housekeeping staff and security staff are always super pleasant and helpful.

The location is superb for walking to attractions, the L, Millenium Train Station. The hotel is very clean, quiet for our room (from neighbor rooms; the outdoors noises are just city sounds). The room layout was great; bed was very comfortable.
